Set in the busy and vibrant downtown Swindon, Rush is a new town centre bar designed for those who want a little more. Open seven days a week, Rush always has something to offer. To get your weekend off to a bump and a grind we bring you DJ GK Atlantic Soul and his rapidly growing R&B night. The finest R&B mixed with some sinful drinks deals makes Rush the only place to be on a Friday night.
The mad professor Adam Kaye is back with you on a Saturday night doing what he does best, ripping it up like some kind of Wildman. An absolute must for party people!!

Premium Text Terms & Conditions
1. By sending a text to "RUSH" to the following number 80039 you deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. "RUSH" accepts no responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered messages, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry; or (3) for any event which may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt. Each text message is charged to the entrant as one of their standard network contractual rate text messages; this charge may vary dependant to the entrant's mobile contract and their network provider.
Text Services (UK)
Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a "roaming" basis addition costs to the operator's standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.
These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, 3, Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.
The charge (TEXT RUSH to 80039) is £1.50 per message received.

In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to RUSH,18-19 Fleet Street, Swindon, SN1 1RQ . It is our aim to investigate any complaint within seven working day's (Monday - Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g.
PhonePayplus or REGTEL.
Barring of Access
"RUSH" may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances:
User has misused our services in anyway is abusive to company employees or readers has committed an act of fraud against "RUSH" or any of its associated companies
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court
